Terms of Service

Welcome to Avila Design Studio!

By working together, you agree to the following:

• Ownership: You own all final designs once full payment is received. Drafts, concepts, or unused ideas stay with Ávila Design Studio unless otherwise agreed.

• Payment Terms: All payments are non-refundable. Retainer plans and project fees secure time and creative capacity, not specific deliverables.

• Scope of Work: Services provided are outlined before each engagement. Any additional work outside the original scope may require a new agreement or adjusted rates.

• Delivery Times: While we strive for fast turnaround, timelines can shift based on complexity, revisions, and client responsiveness.

• Communication: Project communication happens through the channels agreed upon (email, client portal, or scheduled calls). We aim to keep it clear, proactive, and respectful.

• Confidentiality: Your project details, brand assets, and any sensitive information you share are treated with full confidentiality.

• Right to Showcase: Ávila Design Studio may display completed work (not confidential information) in portfolios, case studies, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
